Job Requirements About the Role The Territory Manager – Commercial VehicleLoans will be responsible for driving sales and managing the loan portfolio across an assigned territory. This includes achieving monthly business targets, maintaining portfolio hygiene, and ensuring profitability. The role requires proactive field engagement, cross-selling of products, and close monitoring of collections and documentation. The incumbent will play a key role in expanding the bank’s footprint in the construction equipment loan segment. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets across key scorecard parameters:
• Business Volume (Units/Loan Value)
• Pricing/Rate of Interest (ROI)
• Cross-sell (Insurance)
• Fee Income
• Post Disbursement Documentation (PDD)
• Collection Management
• Ensure consistent growth and profitability of the construction equipment loan portfolio.
