About the Team and the Role The Product Validation, Engineering team at Ather is responsible for end-to-end testing of hardware integration and firmware interaction flow, ensuring all products meet stringent quality and safety standards before launch. This role is for a Lead Test Engineer - Electrical Integration focused on evaluating hardware/firmware interaction flows, developing manual and automated test environments, running system-level test cycles, and leading technical integration validation across electric vehicle core components. Responsibilities
- Act as the "first customer" by providing constructive feedback during testing phases for hardware integration and firmware interaction flows.
- Execute end-to-end testing of EV hardware integration and system firmware interaction flows across development lifecycle stages.
