Position Overview Micron is seeking an experienced and collaborative Test Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for Component Test manufacturing processes, equipment readiness, yield improvement, quality performance, and new product introduction (NPI) activities. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across semiconductor test manufacturing while developing technical talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Facilities, Industrial Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and global site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
