We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Process Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining semiconductor test manufacturing processes within our Component Test organization. Position Summary The Test Process Engineering Manager is responsible for leading engineering activities that enable world-class performance in semiconductor test manufacturing. This role drives process capability, yield improvement, product quality, manufacturing readiness, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across Component Test operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers focused on process qualification, process control, defect reduction, equipment-process interactions, manufacturing validation, data analytics, and technology deployment. This role collaborates extensively with Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Equipment Engineering, Supplier Quality, Industrial Engineering, and global site teams.
