Total Rewards Compensation Consultant

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Consultant on the Total Rewards team to partner with the Executive Compensation Center of Excellence team to design competitive, equitable compensation programs that are intended to motivate employees, attract, and retain talent, manage risk, and reward employees for their contributions to Wells Fargo's success. In this role, you will:

• Provide consulting, coaching, and solutions in support of compensation strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals.
• Review and analyze moderately complex operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgement while leveraging and developing expertise within the compensation area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
