Transition & Shared Services: Proven track record of delivering complex process transitions, migrations, or organizational change initiatives, ideally within a GCC/GBS or shared services setup.
Regulatory & Systems Knowledge: Deep knowledge of GMP, GxP, ICH guidelines, and familiarity with Quality systems (e.g., TrackWise, Veeva Quality/Docs, MasterControl, LIMS, ComplianceWire).
Process Improvement: Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, and continuous improvement methodologies.
