The team operates within a robust governance framework, partnering closely with Human Resources, Finance, Tax, and external vendors to ensure adherence to global standards, local regulatory requirements, and a strong control environment.

Role Overview The Vice President, Payroll will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end payroll operations for India. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution, while advancing governance, control frameworks, and transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with local HR and global stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, Tax, and HR Operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The incumbent will play a key leadership role in vendor management, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and process optimization, while also contributing to broader regional and global payroll initiatives.
