YOUR NEW ROLE

• To provide daily team oversight , workflow management and resource allocation to ensure sufficient capacity to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) during peak and non-peak periods while ensuring requests are fulfilled in accordance with transaction documentation, policies and procedures.
• To perform people leader responsibilities which include coaching, mentoring and continuous performance management of direct reports.
• To implement adequate controls to limit risks associated with operational activities.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including business executives, front-office teams, and upstream and downstream partners.
