Vice President, Product Management Business Loans, Consumer Banking Group

Job Pupose: The Vice President, Product for Business Loans will manage the complete lifecycle of our business loan products, ensuring profitable growth and market adoption. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and financial acumen to define product strategy, oversee development, and ensure successful market integration. A key focus will be on government-backed loan schemes, particularly Mudra loans. The role will collaborate extensively with Credit Risk, Platforms, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric business loan solutions. Key Accountabilities:

• Product Strategy & Definition (Business Loans):

• Define the strategy and roadmap for business loan products, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Identify target segments for business loans, including micro and small enterprises, and develop compelling value propositions.
• Conduct market research, including analysis of competitor business loan offerings and government-backed schemes like Mudra loans, to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for business loan products to optimize sales volume and profitability.
• Create business cases for new business loan product proposals, securing internal approvals.
