Area(s) of responsibility
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Engineer with extensive hands‑on experience in building, optimizing, and deploying complex integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday APIs, and Cloud Integration frameworks. This role is fully technical, focused on architecture, development, performance engineering, and troubleshooting—not functional consulting.
Workday Studio & Advanced Integrations
Design and develop high‑complexity Workday Studio integrations, including:
Custom multi‑step orchestration workflows
Real-time APIs
Large-volume file processing
Error-handling frameworks and exception management
Build scalable components using
XSLT, XQuery, XPath
MVEL, Java-based plugins (Workday-supported)
Integration event triggers and listeners
Core Integration Development
Build and optimize integrations using
Core Connectors (CCB, CCW, PICOF/PECOF)
Document Transformation (DT)
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB – Inbound/Outbound)
Implement delta processing, change detection logic, and effective sequencing.
