About you and this role

As a Workforce Management Representative based at Navi Mumbai You will be the focal point for Tier 1 HR Advisory workforce management inquiries. You support HR processes, improve the employee experience, identify key issues, and resolve complex problems using established procedures. Working with limited supervision, you apply strong process and systems knowledge, collaborate across teams, improve efficiency, and guide less experienced colleagues without direct supervisory responsibility.
