Main responsibilities The Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of the HSE program, collaborating with Senior Management, Line Management, and Residents to ensure the effective implementation of a proactive Health Management System that complies with local regulations and Sanofi HSE requirements. Key responsibilities include implementing the HSE management system, monitoring ongoing HSE construction, expansion and MAC projects, deploying HSE cultural excellence initiatives, analysing hazardous situations, and regularly measuring strategies and programs to ensure continuous improvement. The HSE Manager works in close alignment with HSE country, regional and global teams. Priorities and Programs include HSE Leadership & Governance, improvement programs such as Workplace Safety, Road Safety, Health Promotion, Environment and Sustainability projects, HSE Audit support, Training & Development, Crisis Management and Wellness programs.
