Zonal Sales Manager - Retail Health

The Zonal Sales Manager – Retail Health will head all sales initiatives for USGI’s Retail Health division across the East region. You will build and inspire a high‑performing team of health‑centric agents and brokers, ensure flawless IRDA coding and branch activation, execute vertical growth strategies, and boost health insurance penetration. The role requires strong leadership, analytical insight, and deep regulatory knowledge to achieve sustainable revenue growth and maintain strict compliance.

• Recruit, coach, and motivate the East region sales team to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Oversee IRDA agent coding processes, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
• Lead branch agent activation programs, onboarding new agents and expanding the distribution network.
• Develop and execute vertical growth strategies to capture untapped market segments.
• Increase health product penetration through targeted campaigns, broker tie‑ups, and cross‑selling initiatives.
