Job Title: Analyst II / Associate Project Manager I
Department: FP&A CFP – R&D, Finance Global Business Services (GBS)

As Analyst II / Associate Project Manager I, you will bring financial clarity to Novo’s R&D investment portfolio. You will own month-end investment and cost analysis, prepare high-quality input for investment governance meetings and help bring projects onto a single way of working. Partnering with onshore project and finance teams, you will help leaders make well-informed decisions on the investments that move science forward for people living with serious chronic diseases.
What you’ll bring
You are an experienced finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into clear decisions and making processes simpler. You will need:
- A Master’s degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance, including project management.
- Experience in business controlling and other finance disciplines, with a solid understanding of accounting and finance.
- Strong skills in MS Office and SAP.
- An analytical, proactive mindset and the drive to solve problems rather than work around them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
