The person will be responsible for project execution, contractor coordination, quality, safety, and timely completion of work. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage civil construction and renovation projects.
• Monitor day-to-day project work and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Check civil drawings, BOQs, measurements, and project requirements.
• Monitor work quality and ensure work is done as per specifications.
• Track project progress, materials, manpower, and costs.
• Handle contractor bills, work measurements, and variations.
• Ensure safety rules and company standards are followed at project sites.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for quick solutions.
• Prepare regular project progress reports.
