The role includes hands-on testing, lab management, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability, safety, and performance.

·Plan and execute validation and reliability testing for lithium-ion battery packs and BESS systems.
·Manage day-to-day operations of the testing lab, ensuring safe practices and compliance with standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO).
·Develop test plans and protocols for performance, environmental, and safety testing.
·Analyze test data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to design and quality teams.
·Support root cause analysis for test failures and assist in implementing corrective actions.
