JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Assistant Property Manager (Technical) Location: Reporting To: Property Manager / Facility Head Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Assistant Property Manager (Technical) is responsible for overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. This role involves managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing the technical performance of the property. Key Responsibilities Technical Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure smooth operation of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within the property.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and audits of equipment such as

HVAC, electrical panels, lifts, UPS, DG sets, STP, WTP, fire protection systems, and BMS etc.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
