This role focuses on operational excellence, technical innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal building performance and client satisfaction within the assigned cluster. Key Responsibilities Cluster Operations Management

• Lead technical operations across assigned property cluster (typically 5-19 properties)
• Oversee building systems performance, maintenance programs, and capital projects
• Ensure consistent service delivery standards across all cluster properties
• Coordinate with property management teams to optimize operational efficiency
• Manage cluster-wide technical budgets and vendor relationships
