CRM Manager-Quality Assurance

Job Requirements Background to the Position : Role established to strengthen the product Quality through process improvement, standardization, Karigars capability, Training across South Region Gold Jew vendors, also collaborate with external teams to explore New technologies. Purpose of the Role: Drive process Quality, WBQ deployment, Purity process audits, process Benchmark, Vendor capability Building and quality improvement through tech projects to ensure consistent Quality performance. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Karigar Capability Building – Drive Sankalp workshop across south region through Skill gap identification, Develop technical modules, evaluate effectiveness, and build master trainers. Overall monitor the effectiveness of training. Drive Zero Purity Rejection: Establish purity processes and conduct process audits to achieve Zero rejections. Track audit observations and ensure the closure through corrective actions along with sourcing team. Build end to end traceability all process at vendor locations and bought out materials.

WBQ Deployment in Bulk: Implement WBQ standards across south vendors to achieve 100% share in WBQ. Continue to monitor the WBQ adherence in Bulk & NOOS/BV through random audit, On-board all vendors into WBQ, Broad basing training to all vendors. Build Quality at Source: Benchmark the critical Processes and create process standards to deploy. Create SOPs, process controls, audits and best-practice horizontal deployment across vendors. 18Kt Gold Jewellery: Deploy 18kt guideline, composition validation, process audits, root-cause analysis and corrective actions for Btq Returns. Along with sourcing team drive exclusive infrastructure to avoid mix-ups. Tech Projects: Support the business by adopting new technologies through projects by collaborating with external institutions like IIT,IISc etc. Current year project is to identify NDT method for hollow products, Finding alternate to Chatka, Eliminate Steel pin/Balls in jewellery process. 3. THE PERSON Qualifications & Experience · Education: Bachelor’s in engineering (Preferably Metallurgy, Mechanical, Production,) or related Fields like Diploma · Total Experience: 5-7 years of experience working in a large-scale production environment and experienced in handling multiple stakeholders. · Domain Expertise: Hands on experience in Handmade, Casting routes manufacturing processes, Process knowledge on Critical processes like Soldering, Component making, Exposure on alloys, Product construction through applying Engineering concepts. Creation Process, product standards, Training Karigars and Inspectors will have added advantages.
