As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
