Role: Design Quality Engineer (Charger) Department: New Product Development Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 3+ Years
Your Team: You'll be working with New Product Development — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What you’ll own
We are seeking a Design Quality Engineer to own design-stage quality for our charger product line, ensuring architectural and component-level decisions meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements before they reach manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong DFMEA experience, a solid grounding in power electronics, and comfort working directly with hardware design teams to catch issues early.
