Role: Product Integration Quality Engineer Department: New Product Development Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 3+ Years
Your Team: You'll be working with New Product Development — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

What you’ll own: We are seeking a Product Integration Quality Engineer to own end-to-end quality for our integrated powertrain products as they come together across battery, motor, and vehicle systems — from design validation through customer-facing performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong systems-level thinking, hands-on DFMEA/PFMEA experience, and the ability to trace a performance issue back through multiple interacting subsystems. What you’ll do:
Integration Quality Ownership
- Own end-to-end quality for powertrain integration across battery, motor, controller, and supporting systems
- Lead DFMEA and PFMEA for integration-level builds
- Define end-of-line and process checkpoints for integration testing
