Job Title - Executive Manager - Engineering Practice & Governance Reporting Line - General Manager - Office of CTO. Also aligned to the Engineering Practice leadership within the CIO for Technology organization. Location: Bangalore, Manyata Tech Park

Impact & contribution: As Practice Lead – Engineering Practice (CBA India), you will be a senior leader accountable for elevating engineering standards, capability, and culture across our India engineering community. You will shape how engineering excellence is defined, governed, and sustained at scale—ensuring CBA India continues to operate as a trusted, high‑performing global capability centre for the Group. This role goes beyond process ownership; it requires strategic leadership, sound judgement, and the ability to influence across geographies, functions, and senior leadership forums. You will be a visible champion for engineers—driving strong talent outcomes, enabling clear and credible career pathways, and fostering an environment where engineers feel empowered, valued, and connected to the broader CommBank engineering community.
