• Supervise day-to-day sterile injectable manufacturing operations, including compounding, filtration, filling, sealing, and other aseptic processes.

• Ensure manufacturing activities are executed as per production plans, approved Batch Manufacturing Records, SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor critical process parameters, production output, yield, rejection, equipment performance, and achievement of production targets.

• Ensure line clearance, area readiness, material availability, equipment readiness, and adherence to contamination-control practices.
