F&B ( GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Set up and clear tables according to hotel/restaurant standards.
• Handle billing and payment procedures accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in banquet, buffet, and special event operations when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2/Higher Secondary education.
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
