Role: Sr. Functional Consultant HRMS Applications Location: Kolkata
Role Overview
We are looking for an HRMS Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM implementation, configuration, payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong client-facing capabilities, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to translate HR and payroll requirements into effective system configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end HRMS implementation activities, including requirement gathering, process understanding, configuration, testing, UAT, training, go-live, and implementation support.
- Understand
client HR policies and business requirements and configure them accurately within the HRMS application.
- Configure
and support Attendance, Leave, Payroll, TDS/Taxation, and related HR modules.
- Perform
master data upload, validation, migration, and configuration of policies, workflows, rules, salary structures, and statutory components.
- Configure
and validate statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, LWF, LOP/LWP, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable payroll provisions.
