Functional Consultant, Professional Services

What the team does The Professional Services team delivers Icertis contract management and supply chain solutions across diverse industries. We partner with customer stakeholders and collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Support to design, configure, deploy and continuously improve enterprise implementations. Why this role matters As a Functional Consultant, you'll connect business objectives with practical technology solutions. Your leadership across requirements, functional design, configuration and delivery will directly influence implementation quality, customer confidence and long-term value realization. You'll own complex engagements from discovery through post-go-live support, deepen your expertise in contract management and supply chain applications, and build strong project leadership and client advisory capabilities. • Lead Icertis enterprise implementations in line with agreed scope, schedule, effort, and delivery methodology
