Senior Functional Consultant - Professional Services

As a Senior Functional Consultant in Professional Services at Icertis, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering contract management solutions for global enterprise customers. This role blends business process expertise, solution design, and execution ownership — from gathering requirements to deploying configurations and coaching junior consultants. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, support teams, and contribute actionable feedback to shape the product roadmap. Strong communication skills and a knack for translating business needs into scalable SAAS solutions are must-haves.

• Drive product implementations: Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise customers in line with Icertis methodology while respecting scope, schedules, and resource commitments.
• Requirement gathering and functional design: Partner with business stakeholders to understand and define requirements, then translate those into functional designs and configuration blueprints.
• System configuration and deployment ownership: Configure the Icertis platform and manage deployments across multiple engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, QA, Support, and Product teams to ensure quality delivery and alignment with customer needs.
• Consulting capability building: Mentor junior consultants and help grow internal consulting competencies.
