Job Description: HSE Head – Data Centre Project Position Overview The HSE Head will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a world-class health, safety, and environmental management system for the data centre project. This role requires a strategic leader who can design comprehensive safety frameworks while ensuring practical implementation across all project phases, from construction through commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Policy Development

• Design and implement comprehensive HSSE strategies aligned with data centre industry best practices and project-specific requirements
• Develop site-specific safety procedures, work method statements, and emergency response plans tailored to data centre construction environments
• Establish safety performance targets and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant local regulatory frameworks
