Job Requirement :
- To ensure complete manpower related to caretakers and security on daily basis for his respective branches.
- Monthly branch visits/new branch sourcing.• Rent Confirmation/Agreement renewals and lease management.
- To ensure hygiene standards at branches.
- To carry out repair and maintenance at branches.
- To ensure Asset Management and upkeep.
- To ensure vendor billings.
- Monitoring of ongoing infra projects.
- Incident reporting.
