Global Career Band: 4.1- Associate Director Specilaist Engineering QORE (Quantitative Oversight Risk and Evaluation) is an internal platform that manages the full lifecycle of quantitative models — from identification and development through validation, approval, and ongoing monitoring. It supports regulatory compliance with the bank’s Three Lines of defense governance model. We’re looking for a engineering lead to design, build, and operate microservices that power critical model risk management workflows used by validators, model owners, and risk committees globally In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver features across a suite of 8+ Spring Boot microservices using hexagonal architecture (ports & adapters) and CQRS patterns.
• Build and maintain domain-driven services covering model inventory, validation lifecycle, workflow orchestration, monitoring, and approvals.
• Implement and evolve BPMN/DMN workflows using Flowable for complex multi-step approval and validation processes.
