Role Overview As an RPA Engineer, you will design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes. Leveraging UiPath, .NET/C#, SQL, APIs, and modern integration technologies, you will determine the best automation approach for each use case, whether through RPA, APIs, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement in an Agile environment. What You'll Bring

• You have 5+ years of experience delivering RPA and enterprise automation solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath.
• You are proficient in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including deployment, monitoring, exception handling, reusable components, queues, and assets.
• You have strong development skills in .NET/C#, SQL, and API integrations.
• You have experience designing and delivering scalable automation solutions across applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
• You understand software engineering best practices, including source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
• You are comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
