About the Role We are looking for an experienced MEP Business Lead – Execution to lead and manage the execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works across projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, effective coordination with stakeholders, adherence to quality and safety standards, and efficient management of project resources. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall MEP execution for assigned projects from planning through completion.
• Manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works in line with project requirements and timelines.
• Develop execution plans, schedules and resource requirements to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and take corrective actions to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical requirements and ensure execution is as per approved designs.
• Ensure effective coordination between MEP and civil/structural/interior teams to avoid interface issues.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, material availability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications and project requirements.
• Drive resolution of technical and execution-related issues at site.
