We are seeking a Manager Knowledge Management responsible for KM Governance & Standards Lead role will define, establish, govern & maintain the enterprise KM standards and taxonomy to ensure consistency, usability and findability across GBS, Global Tech and corporate functions and across al KM repositories. Act as Global Process Owner for KM.
The KM Governance & Standards Lead role will partner with functions to manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, ensuring knowledge is reviewed, current, and aligned to enterprise standards.
Duties
- Define, establish & enforce the defined policies and standards across the full KM lifecycle
- Manage the overall knowledge taxonomy and ensure it is effectively integrated into the designated knowledge repositories across all content types . Ensure it enables easy plug in of Gen AI & Agentic AI.
