Results-driven IAM Analyst with hands-on experience in authentication, directories, and security operations. Skilled in supporting enterprise IAM platforms, resolving access issues, and improving security quality and operational processes. Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to enhance security posture, streamline workflows, and support audit and compliance requirements.
Duties
- 3+ years of related hands-on operations analyst experience
- Provided end-to-end support for IAM users and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of access requests and incidents.
- Managed and prioritized IAM ticket queues (ServiceNow, Jira), maintaining strong SLAs and customer satisfaction.
- Monitored identity data integrations to resolve data quality issues, escalating when necessary to maintain system integrity.
- Investigated access alerts and security incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing remediation actions.
