About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage orders, booking requests, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order processing while maintaining a high level of customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle booking requests and ensure orders are scheduled accurately and within the defined SLA.

● Coordinate with customers, BDs, and other internal teams for smooth order processing.
