PLM Solution Developer

PLM Solution Developer Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Role Overview As a PLM Solution Developer, you will design and deliver high-quality Windchill customizations and enhancements that improve product lifecycle management processes and support business growth. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, workflow automation, system integration, and performance optimization to deliver stable, scalable PLM solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement PLM strategies and solutions that improve product development efficiency.

• Develop, configure, and enhance Windchill solutions across key technical areas, including Windchill APIs and services, OData and REST integrations, Workflow and lifecycle configuration, data utilities, UI customization, Business rules, Jasper reporting, Integrations and visualization configuration/customization.

• Work effectively in an Agile delivery environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT teams to integrate PLM processes across the organization.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear PLM system specifications and technical solutions.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in application stability and usability.
