Principal Group Engineering Manager

Overview We are looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager to lead a significant engineering area. You will lead through teams and senior technical leaders, combining deep technical judgment, organizational leadership, and end-to-end accountability for customer outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow engineering teams and senior technical leaders.
• Own engineering strategy, architecture, execution, and operational excellence across a major product area.
• Drive end-to-end systems ownership, moving beyond individual component boundaries.
• Raise the bar on reliability, security, quality, scalability, and engineering velocity.
• Build an AI-native engineering culture, using agentic engineering, evidence-based debugging, and automated validation to improve engineering outcomes.
• Partner across IC3, M365 Core, and dependent teams to drive technical alignment and deliver customer impact.
• Attract, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
