Product Manager - JLG

Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Product Manager – JLG Business: JLG Function/ Department: JLG Job Purpose To support the JLG business in financial planning, cost governance, MIS reporting, and operational controls. The role will be responsible for product-level P&L tracking, cost analysis, purchase order and invoice management, business reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial and operational management of the business. Primary Responsibilities

• Track and manage the JLG product-level P&L, including cost and profitability analysis
• Partner with Finance, CRES, Procurement, Accounts, and business teams to understand and validate cost drivers
• Conduct cost deep-dives, identify variances, and highlight risks/opportunities
• Prepare P&L reviews, business performance reports, and management presentations
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and key cost metrics to ensure financial discipline
• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate invoice validation and processing
• Liaise with vendors, BCs, and Accounts teams to ensure timely payments and reconciliations

Secondary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports
• Analyse business data and generate insights to support decision-making
• Support BAU business activities, reviews, and cross-functional projects
