About the Team and the Role The Program Management team at Ather is responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of Hardware, Electrical, and Software sub-systems to adapt to evolving business requirements. We manage the complex coordination required to drive technical and operational excellence across the organization’s electric vehicle ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Ather’s products are a great concoction of multiple components from different sub-systems (Hardware, Firmware, Software, Cloud). These need to integrate seamlessly and adapt to the Business requirements (New market development, city expansion, etc) & deliver category-leading performance in every aspect. Hence you’ll be involved in many cross-functional team (CFT) coordination to solve complex technical/technology/Operational problems.

• In this role, you must have good knowledge of the development of Hardware Product Development and Embedded Systems, and while working in an agile environment.

• Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple scrum teams working on multiple swimlanes with a focus on the development of various slow and fast charging products for electric vehicles.

• Track their overall milestone deliverables, Releases, and Change Management Processes. Your activities include planning, monitoring & closure for sprint activities.
