Engineering Services S3 Job Description (Entry-Level/1 Year Experience) Position Overview The Engineering Services S3 role is an entry-level technical position within JLL's ideal for early-career professionals with approximately one year of relevant experience. This role provides hands-on involvement in Engineering systems operations developing technical skills under the guidance of senior engineering staff. Key Responsibilities Building Systems Support
- Assist in the daily Construction of building Civil,mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Technical Learning & Development
- Participate in training programs to develop expertise in building systems and operations
- Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals
- Shadow senior engineers during troubleshooting activities and complex repairs
- Develop understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
