• Responsible for effectively manage the site Quality Control activities and resources necessary to smoothly run the QC operation at site.

• Responsible for defining operational strategy and road map for quality control Management at site and define site quality control goals & strategy in line with Sun Pharma compliance , product quality management objectivities and regularity requirements.

• Responsible for efficient use of resources and adequate staffing of all areas with capable trained personnel’s aligned to operational and departmental objectives.

• Performance measures are utilized to ensure the departmental activities are effective and timely and as the basis for continuous improvement.
