Job Description – Regional HR – Talent Acquisition

Role: Regional HR Recruiter / Regional Talent Acquisition

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services

Experience: 3–7 years

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across the assigned region, ensuring timely availability of quality talent for business expansion and replacement requirements. The role will partner closely with Regional/Business Heads, Branch Managers and HR teams to understand manpower needs, build strong local talent pipelines and drive hiring within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned region,

covering sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management and joining follow-up.

• Support hiring requirements across multiple businesses, including:

• Asset Finance – Commercial Vehicles, Cars, Construction

Equipment, Tractors/Farm Equipment and other asset-backed financing

• Home Loans / Housing Finance

• SME / MSME Finance

• Leasing

• Supply Chain Finance

• Insurance sourcing/distribution

• Credit, Collections, Operations, Customer Service and other
