About the team
Main purpose of this role is to play a leading role in O2C process improvement initiatives with a focus on customer experience and efficiency of process execution. The job holder will strive for functional excellence in the extended O2C process area by developing and securing the right system solutions (SAP backed), promoting end-to-end process consistency and build knowledge within the SAP user community.
Key tasks
- Develop SAP backed processes with a focus on automation, simplification, and standardisation.
- Translate business requirements (User Stories) into functional requirements working closely with Product Owners, Solution Design leads, offshore Technical Developers and Business SMEs to ensure the technical solution meets the Product Backlog Item acceptance criteria.
