The Security Cluster Leader will oversee security operations across Schneider Electric facilities located outside Bangalore, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, R&D centres and corporate offices. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of security standards, governance, compliance, risk mitigation and operational excellence across geographically dispersed locations. The incumbent will work closely with site Security Officers, IFM teams, corporate stakeholders and security service providers to ensure delivery of high-quality security services aligned with Schneider Electric's global security framework. Key Responsibilities Regional Security Management

• Lead security operations across assigned regions.
• Standardize security practices across sites.
• Conduct periodic site visits and audits.
• Ensure consistent implementation of security policies and procedures.

Operational Governance

• Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
