Job description
Dear Sir,
As you are aware, management has recently entrusted me with the responsibility of driving Manufacturing Excellence at Plant 11 to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all production lines.
To successfully achieve the key objectives assigned to me, namely:
Operational Efficiency Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement Cost Optimization Agility and Flexibility Automation Integration Change Request (CR) Management BOM & Routing Management
it is essential to have adequate engineering support for planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities across the plant.
Therefore, I would like to request approval for three additional engineers in the first phase to support these initiatives effectively. Based on the progress and future requirements, I will review the resource utilization and approach management again if further support is required.
I kindly request your approval for the above manpower requirement to enable the successful implementation of the Manufacturing Excellence roadmap and ensure sustained operational improvements.
