Job Requirements Join our team At Siemens Healthineers, we pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare. Join our Molecular Imaging R&D team in Bengaluru and help develop software applications for SPECT and PET scanner systems. You will solve meaningful engineering challenges in a global Agile environment while collaborating with software architects, system engineers, product owners, test engineers, and other R&D teams. Your role
- Analyze requirements and translate them into practical software designs and implementation solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components for SPECT and PET scanner applications.
- Develop reliable and maintainable software using C++, MFC, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and inter-process communication (IPC).
- Contribute to C#/.NET components and interfaces where applicable.
- Perform developer testing, code reviews, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Investigate and resolve complex defects and support software integration and release activities.
- Collaborate with architects, system engineers, test engineers, product owners, service teams, and other stakeholders across locations.
- Work with multi-site global teams using Agile development practices.
- Improve software quality, maintainability, test automation, and engineering efficiency.
