It brings together model integration, developer APIs and SDKs, evaluation and quality measurement, runtime orchestration, observability, and production engineering. We turn emerging AI capabilities into scalable platform building blocks that operate reliably at Windows scale.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of platform-level AI capabilities, establish strong engineering patterns, and drive execution across engineering, product, and applied science teams. You will translate ambiguous needs into clear technical direction and ensure that the platform remains efficient, compatible, secure, responsible, and dependable across device classes, silicon partners, application scenarios, and release channels.
