Shift Engineer - Property Management Brief Job Description Position Overview Responsible for overseeing safe and efficient 24/7 facility operations, managing plant systems through control interfaces, and leading shift operations teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Operate and monitor plant processes via Distributive Control System (DCS) and control devices
- Ensure optimal electrical distribution and mechanical systems performance
- Manage shift staffing to maintain safe facility operations
Team Leadership
- Direct and coordinate Plant Operators during assigned shifts
- Communicate effectively with Shift Charge Engineers across all shifts
- Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures
Quality & Compliance
- Complete and verify shift round checklists and routine testing schedules (daily/weekly/monthly)
