Responsibilities To manage and oversee physical inbound & outbound operations, ensuring high service levels are achieved in line with customer-agreed SLAs and LLP procedures.

• Manage inbound & Outbound operations and ensure results align with customer SLAs.

• Maintain good working relationships and communication with customers and stakeholders.

• Lead and handle independent inbound operations.

• Assist in meeting performance targets and participate in problem-solving processes.

• Ensure service providers meet requirements and follow SOPs.

• Provide accurate inputs for billing and MIS.

• Review daily working processes and manage people effectively.
